About the Role

The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in driving business growth, developing strategic relationships with clients, and delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and develop tailored solutions to address those needs.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Project Delivery: Lead client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project status, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology/Sociology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or similar.
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in a senior advisory/consulting role dealing with key accounts.
  • Strong competence in Human Resources, member of relevant professional associations, and relevant professional qualifications.
