About the Role

SPARK Schools is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated educator to join our team as a Senior Phase Educator - Art, Visual Art, and Drama. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing targeted support to ensure academic growth.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for teaching.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Proven teaching experience in a Senior Phase setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Art, Visual Art, and Drama.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
