Job Summary:
The Talent Room is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team in George. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain office supplies, and ensure the office is well-organized and presentable.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data in our systems, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, both electronically and in hard copy, ensuring easy retrieval of information when necessary.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all work.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Professionalism: Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
Education:
- Qualification: Grade 12 is a minimum requirement.
