Requirements:
  • Matric, High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanour and neat appearance.
  • Own car to ensure reliable means of transport.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
  • Ensuring efficient and accurate sales administration performance.
  • Professional conduct and positive attitude at all times.
  • Show a concerted effort on making all targets agreed upon.
  • Maintaining clear, honest and comprehensive communication when dealing with all internal departments, suppliers and clients.
  • Executing accurate and detailed information when processing orders and quotations.
  • Getting acquainted with stock (training will be provided).
  • Quoting Clients directly or through sales Representatives.
  • Invoicing clients.
  • Following up on outstanding quotations.
  • Establishing ETAs and communicating them to relevant persons.
  • Assisting in sales.
  • Assisting in reporting.
