Job Title: Commercial Manager

At The Vine Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and business objectives, and offering tailored solutions to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients: Build and nurture relationships with our clients to understand their needs and business objectives.
  • Understand clients' needs and business objectives: Analyze clients' requirements and develop strategies to meet their needs and drive growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives for all accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capture additional revenue.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services to all accounts.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team: Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends: Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop and execute account plans: Develop and execute account plans to drive long-term growth and client satisfaction.
  • Align sales and marketing efforts: Align sales and marketing efforts with the company's strategic goals.
  • Provide regular reports and updates: Provide regular reports and updates on account performance and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field: A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager: Proven experience as an account manager, key account manager, or in a similar sales/marketing role is required.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles: A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies is required.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships: The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams is required.
