Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis, training, and reporting to measure internal control effectiveness. Perform market research, scenario calculations, sensitivity analysis, and inventory analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
  2. System Monitoring and Improvement: Measure and report on internal controls, identify weaknesses, and implement process improvements. Assist in developing, testing, and implementing system changes, initiate projects, and provide system/user support (Equip and SAP).
  3. Business and Data Analytics: Establish long-term relationships with business partners, educate them on analytics capabilities, and support KPIs by identifying data needs and delivering value cases. Perform data cleansing, de-duplication, and harmonisation, and assist business partners in analysing key performance measurements.
  4. Project Management: Identify business needs, initiate, plan, implement, and manage projects. Report findings and feedback to management, liaise between business units and IT, and network with relevant parties.
  5. Budget Preparation: Gather historic financial information, apply expected indicators, incorporate changes to the current business model, and prepare budget analyses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience (T-SQL, ODB's, and SQL experience preferred)
  • BSc degree or B-degree in Management Accounting (CIMA)
  • Candidates with a quantitative mathematical background preferred
  • Strong communication skills for customer and team interaction
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
