Manage employees through their probationary period, disciplinary processes, and offboarding procedures.", "HR Procedures": "Conduct and chair disciplinary hearings, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.", "HR Reporting and Analytics": "Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for clients.", "Employee Offboarding": "Manage the offboarding process, including sending offboarding emails tailored to the nature of the departure. Oversee the collection and return of IT equipment from departing employees.", "General Client Requests": "Handle changes to employment contracts such as salary adjustments and working hours. Provide general HR advice and support as needed."}, "Qualifications": {"Education": "Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.", "Experience": "2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within an EOR or similar environment.", "Skills": "Strong understanding of South African labour law, regulations, and best practices.
