We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Red Ember Recruitment PTY Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level and effective business-focused human resources advice and solutions at a strategic and operational level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Form collaborative partnerships with Senior Management to provide HR advice and solutions.
  • Interpret HR policies and employment legislation, and advise on risk management.
  • Coach and support managers in people management, employee relations, change management, and employment equity.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Tertiary qualification related to the function, i.e. HR Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
  • Good understanding of all the appropriate Acts (LRA, BCEA, OSHA, COID, EEA).
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MSWord).

Please note that the successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with Senior Management to provide HR advice and solutions.
