We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Red Ember Recruitment PTY Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level and effective business-focused human resources advice and solutions at a strategic and operational level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Form collaborative partnerships with Senior Management to provide HR advice and solutions.
  • Interpret HR policies and employment legislation to advise on risk management.
  • Coach and support managers in people management, employee relations, change management, and employment equity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Acts, including LRA, BCEA, OSHA, COID, and EEA.
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MSWord) is required.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Tertiary qualification related to the function, i.e. HR Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
