Job Summary

The HR Services Consultant is a key role within TFG Human Resources, responsible for delivering exceptional HR services to employees across all divisions and brands. This position requires a strong understanding of HR disciplines and the ability to provide expert advice and support to line managers, employees, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement and Experience: Deliver first-time call resolution, provide an excellent employee experience, and ensure seamless interaction with employees, line managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Source, screen, and place candidates, as well as provide talent acquisition support and advice.
  • Employee Relations and Support: Provide guidance and support on employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee development.
  • HR Systems and Data Management: Maintain employee data, reporting, and adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.
  • Business Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with line managers and employees to ensure effective utilization of HR systems and self-service options.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: HR or related degree (essential), 2-3 years' experience in HR, and cross-functional HR knowledge.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Additional Requirements: Working knowledge of HR systems and MS Office, adaptability in a changing environment, and experience in a shared services environment (advantageous).
