Job Title: Sales Business Development Engineer – Process Equipment

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Engineer to join our team at Prostaff Holdings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the process equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the process equipment industry.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and negotiate sales contracts and agreements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the process equipment industry and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years sales and business development experience in the process equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the process equipment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical expertise and knowledge of process equipment and related technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
