Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at People Dimension. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, setting up appointments for our sales representatives, and meeting targets.
Responsibilities- Generate new leads through cold calling and other sales initiatives.
- Set up appointments for our sales representatives and ensure they are well-prepared for meetings.
- Meet or exceed targets for qualified appointments, with a minimum target of 21 appointments per period.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A minimum of one year's experience in the office automation and IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
