Your Role

You will play a critical role in delivering strategic initiatives for major clients, directly impacting their success as our Programme Manager. You will manage complex programmes, ensuring they meet both customer expectations and our goals. Working closely with teams across sales, engineering, product, and support, you will drive seamless execution and successful outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead programme decisions, balancing technical, financial, and business needs to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Oversee multiple interconnected projects in banking and payments, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Proactively identify risks and manage project dependencies to keep everything on track.
  • Evaluate quality standards and ensure they are met across all projects while delivering within scope and budget.
  • Bailliantly build and maintain strong relationships with customers, third-party providers, and internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product.
  • Engage cross-functional teams to achieve programme goals and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, such as steering committees and retrospectives.
  • Continuously enhance processes to increase programme delivery efficiency.
  • Advocate for programme objectives, ensuring they align with customer needs and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in banking, payments, and fintech to drive innovation.
  • Take ownership of timelines, budget, and scope, managing stakeholder expectations to deliver long-term value.
  • Foster partnerships with stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Your Profile

">

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

">
  • A relevant tertiary degree, which would be beneficial.
  • Prince2, PMP, or Agile certifications are advantageous.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project/programme management, including large-scale software initiatives.
  • A proven track record of managing complex, multi-project programmes with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams through challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, managing both technical and business relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of programme management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management and conflict resolution.
  • The ability to drive strategic decisions, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Payments, or Fintech industries.
