Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of service quality are maintained across our global operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily unit tours to ensure all teams are on track and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the implementation of a comprehensive food testing program to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain a robust invoicing audit process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement a regular equipment check program to ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Update the menu calendar monthly and ensure all specs are checked before the next menu change.
- Coordinate menu change meetings and ensure all employees are aware of and using the new specs.
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Update QMS on a weekly basis with weekly reporting.
- Coordinate charter flight setup and communication with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Marketing & Events
- Diploma in Client Services
- 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role
