Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Newrest. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all customer complaints are responded to within 48 hours.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
