About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the provision of effective and efficient reception services, including responding to inquiries and coordinating admissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident contracts, payments, and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with departments regarding payroll, procurement, finance, and HR, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Cover reception duties in the absence of the receptionist, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a care home administrator is essential.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, achieving outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in liaising with staff and residents.
