Business Development Representative

A renowned ridesharing company seeks a skilled and ambitious Field Sales Representative to join their dynamic team on a 12-month project with the field acquisitions team.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your exceptional communication skills, data analysis abilities, and passion for people to drive business growth and success.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
• Conducting outbound calls to prospective partners, fostering strong relationships with existing partners, meeting daily targets, and effectively communicating the benefits of our platform to current and prospective partners.
Key Requirements:
- Valid Matric certificate is mandatory.
- A valid Driver's License is required.
- At least 6 years of experience in sales is necessary.
- The ability to travel comfortably is essential.
- Proven customer service experience is required.
- Comfortable with cold calling and able to pitch solutions to clients to join our driver platform.
- Highly creative and innovative individuals who can think outside the box are highly sought after.
- A strong team player with excellent self-management skills is crucial.
- Able to work under immense pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- A great track record of success is expected.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Strong data capturing skills are necessary.
- Solutions-driven individuals who can think critically and creatively are highly valued.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This figure may vary based on location and performance.
