Vehicle Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Administrator to join our team at Sydsen Group (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our retail sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Process sales orders and collate finance paperwork and order tracking details.
- Assist with invoicing and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise between customers and in-house departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and team.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent MS Excel skills and experience are essential.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills are required.
- Ability to work to a high standard, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
