Job Title: Passenger Vehicle Dealership Administrative Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Passenger Vehicle Dealership Administrative Clerk to join our dynamic team at Select Motor Recruitment.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established Automotive Group, expanding with a new luxury brand dealership. As a Passenger Vehicle Dealership Administrative Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the dealership team, ensuring seamless vehicle administration and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vehicle administration, including registration, licensing, and compliance
  • Perform accounting tasks, such as invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and efficient vehicle sales processes
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Matric with Accounting or Accounting qualification
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Motor Industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to speak and write English and Afrikaans
  • Motor Industry experience is essential
