We are seeking a skilled and experienced Growth Hacking Expert to join our team at Salesworx Recruitment (Pty) Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth hacking strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement growth hacking strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine target audiences and sales strategies
- Track outreach and lead interactions in CRM systems, ensuring accurate records of leads and follow-up actions
- Maintain an organised pipeline of qualified leads and progress through the stages of the sales funnel
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development representative, or in a similar sales role (in B2B sales)
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
