Business Development and Client Engagement Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced External Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through proactive sales strategies, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities in the construction, landscaping, and home improvement sectors, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and repeat business is secured.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including poles, fencing, timber, rustic garden furniture, and custom-manufactured items.
- On-site Client Visits: Regularly visit client sites to provide expert advice, take measurements for custom orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quote Preparation and Negotiation: Prepare accurate quotes for customers, negotiate terms, and close deals that meet both client needs and company profitability targets.
- Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position The Legends Agency as a leader in the outdoor timber and home improvement space.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the timber, construction, home improvement, or building materials industries.
- Skills and Qualifications: A good understanding of timber products, fencing, garden materials, and outdoor furniture is highly advantageous. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for regular travel to client sites.
