Area Sales Manager

Würth South Africa Co. (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage a sales team and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a sales planning system for all customers.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Customer Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets.
- Accountable for sales growth, profit margins, and customer balance growth of each team member.
- Drive the company's multichannel strategy to ensure future prosperity.
- Manage, coach, and develop the sales team.
- Ensure all company communication is received by the sales team.
- Travel with Customer Sales Consultants for 15 days per month.
- Complete all sales reports and administration tasks.
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Completed or studying towards a marketing/business degree or diploma or relevant experience.
- Reside in the mentioned location or surroundings.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sales Manager.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong sales orientation, goal-driven, and self-motivated.
- High level of commitment, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Emotional quotient capabilities and strategic thinking skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office) and product knowledge relevant to the Würth South Africa industry.
- Clear disciplinary record, clear criminal record, and clear credit history.
