Sales Performance Manager

As a Sales Performance Manager at Capital Recruit, you will be responsible for achieving set sales targets applicable to an assigned area. This includes the management and execution of the overall business development, operational, customer service, and client retention strategies. You will supervise the routine performance of your Promoters (agents) and ensure that they meet their minimum Connection targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting Promoters onto your team, motivating them to sell and achieve their targets, and reporting on sales numbers to the Regional Sales Manager.
Issuing Stock
You will be responsible for issuing stock to Promoters, handling it with care, and ensuring that it is used for sales purposes only. You will also be responsible for banking money from sales, collecting it daily with direct teams, and banking it the same day.
Vehicles
As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be required to use a company vehicle for work purposes only. You will adhere to allocated weekly/monthly kilometres for travel, maintain the vehicle at all times, and ensure that it is properly garaged. You will also be responsible for reporting any vehicle accidents immediately and sending a vehicle inspection sheet with a photo of the vehicle's ODO Meter reading to your line manager every Saturday after trade.
Competencies and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess attention to detail, be service-oriented, and target-driven. You will also need to be able to work independently, be a self-starter, and have the ability to work under pressure. Additionally, you will need to have a disciplined problem-solving approach and strong communication skills.
Education and Qualifications
You will need to have a Matric qualification and a valid driver's license to be considered for this role. You will also earn a basic salary and commission of R20,000+.
