Key Responsibilities

The Regional Doctor Liaison will be responsible for managing the online bed booking process in collaboration with hospitals, providing regular updates, and facilitating patient referrals. This role will also involve building relationships with doctors, promoting JMH hospitals, and ensuring that relevant GP JMH databases are up to date.

Key Performance Areas

  1. Collaborate with hospitals to manage the online bed booking process and provide regular updates.
  2. Build relationships with doctors to promote JMH hospitals and ensure they are aware of JMH developments.
  3. Facilitate patient referrals and act as a conduit between GP's, Hospital Managers, and Specialists.
  4. Assist Hospital Managers with doctor recruitment and ensure necessary assistance for doctor marketing activities.
  5. Provide regular feedback to management and ensure that relevant GP JMH databases are up to date.

Requirements

  1. Grade 12 qualification.
  2. Computer literacy.
  3. Nursing qualification advantageous.
  4. At least 2 years customer service experience.
  5. At least 1 year Hospital Admissions or Confirmations experience.
  6. Experience with Medical Aids and ICD codes.
  7. Required to have your own vehicle.
