About the Role

Unframed People Services (pty) LTD is seeking an experienced Auction Coordinator to support all operations in their Cape Town office. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Advanced Excel skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential for success in this position.

ResponsibilitiesLegal
  • Document Management: Ensure timely and accurate uploading of legal documents for properties.
  • Auction Day Execution: Execute contracts on auction day and administer auction-related activities.
  • Bidder Management: Approve bidder documents and add deposit payments received to the CRM system.
  • Communication: Provide detailed information post-auction regarding offer acceptance or declination by vendors.
Finance
  • Client Account Management: Monitor client accounts, allocate payments, and ensure debtors are kept to a minimum.
  • Liaison: Liaise with bidders, attorneys, and private individuals to facilitate payment processing.
  • Sales Invoicing: Ensure sales invoices and statements are correct and sent to the necessary parties.
Experience
  • Administrative Experience: A minimum of 2 years in an administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: General knowledge of property search platforms and advanced Excel skills.
Requirements
  • Estimated Salary Range: R 30,000 - R 40,000 per month, depending on experience.
