About the Team:

The Discovery Institute of Training is a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality training solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage Fit and Proper training requirements.
  • Assist in the creation and capturing of Fit and Proper assessments, training courses, and events.
  • Manage the input of bulk training data into the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Perform continuous Quality Assurance (QA) and auditing of Fit and Proper training records.
  • Clean, filter, and combine complex data sheets as part of the regular data management process.
  • Interpret and analyse data under supervision to draw insights and support decision-making.
  • Ensure reports generated meet company standards for accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience.
  • Experience in administrative roles, particularly in environments where compliance, data management, or regulatory requirements are key.
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance, specifically in relation to Fit and Proper training and FSCA requirements.
  • Familiarity with data management and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Intermediate Data Analytics skills.
