Job Summary

The Finance and Business Operations Manager will act as a key business partner to all departments and senior management at Service Solutions Staffing, providing business performance analysis and managing the Sales & Operations Planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Finance and Operations analysts in various aspects of the business.
  • Act as an internal business partner to the Executive team and department heads.
  • Develop and implement a monthly volume and rolling forecast cycle for total company.
  • Partner with the Key accounts and marketing team and report back to management.
  • Forecast, report, and analyze the company P&L, including Gross to Net sales, COGS, Distribution, Marketing, Admin, and Selling expenses.
  • Perform seasonal analysis around volume, portfolio, pricing, and tracking.
  • Compile and analyze customer, brand, and retail monthly contribution statements.
  • Evaluate and ensure accurate pricing for customers in SAP.
  • Lead the Budget and Latest estimate process within the organization.
  • Act as a backup administrator for the business intelligence warehouse (IBM Cognos).
  • Support the Executive team with various projects and ad-hoc analysis throughout the year.

  • Able to grow with the level of responsibilities and with the size and structure of the business.

Skills and Competencies:

  • University and ideally CIMA degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a controller/business analyst role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge and insights about customers and needs in the FMCG industry and/or Retail.
  • Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills, SAP experience considered a distinctive advantage.
