We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping and Guest Relations Professional. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Housekeeping Duties:
  • Conduct regular stock takes and manage controls for laundry and housekeeping equipment to ensure efficiency and organization.
  • Maintain linen inventory and quality control to guarantee fresh, high-quality linens for our guests.
  • Maintain storeroom cleanliness and efficient stock issuing procedures.
  • Conduct regular checks and maintenance of rooms and public areas to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage budgets and maintain accurate par levels to optimize resource allocation.
  • Train team members in housekeeping and laundry best practices to promote a culture of excellence.
  • Guest Relations:
  • Host guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that exceeds expectations.
  • Make courtesy calls to enhance guest satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, early departures, and late arrivals to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Secondary Duties (when Lodge Anchors are off):
  • Manage front office day sheets, gate access, guest information, and invoicing with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support waitstaff and venues to deliver top-notch service and exceed guest expectations.

A Hotel or Hospitality Qualification or equivalent is required for this position. We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

This role includes uniforms, meals, accommodation, and provident fund contribution. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in housekeeping and guest relations.
