About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team at KBC Health and Safety. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored sales strategies across diverse industry sectors, utilizing market insights to optimize outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Utilize market insights to develop and implement effective sales strategies across diverse industry sectors, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Lead Contract Negotiations: Conduct effective contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and enhance organizational profitability.
  • Lead the Sales Process: Lead the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and continuity.
  • Oversee Sales Team Performance: Oversee the sales team performance, ensuring that the sales target is consistently met or exceeded.
  • Market Analysis and Adaptation: Analyze market dynamics and trends to adapt sales approaches, maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration and Representation: Collaborate with subsidiaries within Workforce Group to leverage additional business opportunities and represent KBC Health and Safety at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
