Purpose of the Role

The Property Administrator will be responsible for effectively managing billings in line with respective tenant leases, arrears, and tenant queries, as well as lease preparation and conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Administration: Manage tenant relationships, respond to queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lease Administration: Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Arrear Administration: Manage and recover outstanding payments from tenants, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of arrears.
  • Property Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of properties, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric) and a relevant Diploma.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, dynamic and enthusiastic attitude, ability to interact professionally with tenants, competent time management skills, professional attitude and capability, and personal initiative.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Property Administrator role and/or financial accounting experience, customer service and/or sales experience, and a background in property leasing would be advantageous.
