Financial Property Administrator Job Description

CA Financial Appointments is seeking a highly skilled Financial Property Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our property industry team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and manage new leases and renewal leases using approved templates and guidelines.
  • Load, audit, review, and verify leases captured on MDA.
  • Prepare and analyze ad hoc reports, identifying corrections and improvements.
  • Compile annual lease income budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage administrative tasks, ensuring new leases are issued and finalized before commencement dates.
  • Review lease-related documents and critical information, including rent and financial obligations.
  • Track outstanding lease documents and amendments.
  • Manage tenant files and correspondence, ensuring documents are valid.
  • Follow up on outstanding documents, contracts, and other lease-related matters.
  • Resolve tenant queries, build relationships, and ensure arrears are resolved and leases concluded.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Grade 12 with Accountancy as a subject or equivalent qualification.
  • Three years' experience in the property industry with working knowledge of real estate contracts.
  • Degree in Accountancy, Law, Property Studies, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail and focus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Proficient in MDA Property Management System.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, with high tolerance for stress.
