Job Title: Account Manager Key Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager Key Account Specialist to join our team at Mattel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue
  • Forecast, plan, and prepare orders to meet customer needs
  • Conduct market research and competition analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Act as key point of contact for customers regarding orders, logistics, and payment
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver on objectives and accelerate business growth
  • Plan and execute customer marketing activities and promotions in collaboration with brand activation
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Create relevant retail listings and activation plans for customers based on customer insights and brand opportunities
  • Support forecasting process for customers to ensure timely and correct submission to product source
Requirements:
  • University degree in business, economics, or business-related education with additional qualification in sales or marketing
  • At least 3 years of commercial or marketing experience preferably in toys, FMCG, or licensed consumer goods, apparel, or health and beauty industry
  • Experience working in an international or cross-cultural environment
  • Results-oriented, winning mentality, competitive, and strong will to succeed
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability, and high level of organizational and time management skills
  • Open collaborative approach, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and thorough understanding of sales, marketing, promotional principles, and local retail landscape
  • Strong level of analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Good project management skills and ability to handle various projects in parallel
  • No travel restriction
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
