Job Overview
This Administrative Coordinator role at Pangea Professional Services involves delivering high-quality administrative support to executives and contributing to the effective functioning of our organization. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have prior experience in an administrative role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel logistics for executives
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, responding promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with the project management team to track deadlines and keep stakeholders informed of progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through efficient filing systems and databases
- Oversee the ordering and management of office supplies, as well as coordinate equipment maintenance
- Support colleagues with various administrative tasks to optimize team productivity
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment
