Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ajtechnicaldr. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Distribution Operations team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform operational duties relating to one of the following areas: Group Business and Individual Life, Capture New Business applications across the Distribution units (SPF, Group Benefits, and Retail), or Implementation.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in an administrative capacity in an operational environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced setting. A working knowledge of products and services would be advantageous, as well as experience working on office management or task management systems.
Responsibilities may include:
- Operational Execution: Performing operational duties relating to one of the above-mentioned areas, including capturing new business applications, verifying personal details for FIC compliance, generating and issuing policy document packs and certificates, and executing simple changes on policy information and corrections on processing errors.
- In case of Implementation: Following and executing the system implementations of new schemes, conducting party and client due diligence, administering and processing user access requests pertaining to new schemes, addressing all queries relating to the implementation of schemes, and providing administrative support during Implementation audits.
