As General Administration and Bookkeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that payroll data is accurate and submitted on time, handling payroll queries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping and accounting functions
  • Petty cash management and reconciliation
  • HR-related tasks, including staff scheduling and benefits administration
  • Payroll processing and query resolution
  • General administrative support, including reception and fleet management

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
  2. At least 2 years of experience in administrative support roles
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
