As an Intermediate IT Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IT change management process.
Key responsibilities will include managing the change calendar, coordinating with service delivery, release management, and technical teams to ensure successful change implementations.
You will also organize and chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review and authorize changes, ensuring all necessary stakeholders are involved in the decision-making process.
We require a candidate with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
This role involves maintaining up-to-date records of all change requests, approvals, and outcomes, generating and distributing regular reports on change activity, success rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
