Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner at Exceed Human Resource Consultants Ltd will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding. They will collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs and define job requirements, maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and other hiring platforms.

Employee Relations

As a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, the HR Business Partner will address and resolve employee conflicts or grievances in a timely manner. They will support managers in conducting disciplinary actions, including investigations and hearings.

Performance Management

The HR Business Partner will assist in implementing and monitoring performance appraisal systems, supporting employees and managers in performance improvement plans. They will analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Training and Development

In this role, you will coordinate employee development programs and training initiatives, track and assess the effectiveness of training programs. You will also support career development and succession planning activities.

Policy and Compliance

You will ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with labour laws, implementing and managing company-wide HR policies and programs. You will keep updated on employment law changes and advise management on potential impacts.

Payroll and Benefits Administration

The HR Business Partner will collaborate with finance to ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary payments. They will administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pensions, and leave.

HR Metrics and Reporting

You will maintain accurate HR records and manage employee databases, generating reports on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and leave utilisation.

HR Projects

In this role, you will assist with HR initiatives and projects such as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, participating in the development and implementation of new HR systems and processes.

A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
