As a Financial Administrator at FirstRand Bank Limited, you will play a crucial role in providing financial administration support to the business unit. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate records for all financial transactions and manage payments and invoices within agreed processes, procedures, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to a culture of service excellence by building positive relationships and providing opportunities for feedback and exceptional service.
- Adhere to policies and procedures to manage costs and maintain accurate records for all financial transactions.
- Manage payments and invoicing within agreed timelines and administer day-to-day finances of the business unit.
- Continuously assess your performance, seek timely and clear feedback, and request training where appropriate.
- Preferred qualification: NQF 5.
- Balance devices on various cost centers on a daily basis in accordance with strict procedures and processes.
- Adhere to audit requirements on a daily basis.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel in terms of creating spreadsheets, charts, and using financial functions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of financial administration principles and practices. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
