Client Development Manager

Premier Hotels & Resorts is seeking a talented and driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Candidate Requirements- A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major; 3 years of experience in the sales and marketing or a related professional area.
- Or, a 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major; 2 years of experience in the sales and marketing or a related professional area.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative.
Main Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Understands the overall market - competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
- Sales Performance: Achieves personal sales goals and contributes to the success of the sales team.
- Customer Service: Provides excellent customer service consistent with the daily service basics of the company.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
