- Previous experience in customer service or account management is preferred.

- Familiarity with the vacation rental industry.
- Confidence in decision-making and ownership of cases.
- Experience with G-Suite is beneficial.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
