Marketing Manager: A Strategic Leadership Role

Emporium Human Capital is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing efforts for our Stoma Care portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead market analysis and research to inform marketing strategies and ensure market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring efficient investment and effective results.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a strong public reputation for the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on wound care or related therapeutic areas.
  • Proven expertise in Stoma care products and services.
  • Strong understanding of the health system and regulations.
  • Developed market research, reporting, and monitoring skills.
  • Experience in multifunctional project management.
  • Ability to adapt regional/global marketing strategies to market reality.
  • Deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
  • Advanced understanding of the medical device market.
