We are currently seeking a Director of SEO who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of search engine optimization and driving unparalleled results. As the Director of SEO, you will spearhead our SEO strategy, steering our clients' websites to the top of search engine rankings and significantly boosting their online presence.

**Location**: Fully Remote

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Daily**:

- Utilize advanced SEO tools, such as Google Analytics

, to monitor daily performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop and refine optimization strategies to enhance search engine results rankings.
- Collaborate closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are seamlessly integrated across client websites.
- Guide the editorial and marketing teams to ensure SEO is at the core of content creation and marketing strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and updates, implementing necessary changes to maintain competitive advantage.

**Monthly**:

- Manage and optimize the budget for SEO campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Ensure continuous alignment with web development on SEO practices.

**Quarterly**:

- Set and review measurable SEO goals that reflect client growth and campaign effectiveness.
- Generate detailed SEO performance reports, highlighting successes and areas for strategic enhancement.

**Semi-Annually**:

- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay ahead of SEO trends and techniques.
- Undergo performance evaluations to ensure personal and team alignment with agency goals.

- Communicating complex SEO strategies and results effectively to all stakeholders.
- Handling large-scale data analysis to inform and adjust ongoing SEO strategies.
