**Job Context**:
**We seek a highly skilled and strategic Marketing and Communications Director to spearhead our marketing activities within the facilities industry sector.**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- Relevant Qualification in Marketing and Communications
- Proven experience (10-15 years) in a senior marketing & communications role
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with a variety of marketing channels and platforms

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement marketing and communication strategies that align seamlessly with the company's objectives.
- Strategy and Planning: Conduct thorough market research to determine trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Strategic Brand and Public Relations Management: Strategically manage relationships with media outlets, overseeing press releases and orchestrating other public relations initiatives to enhance brand perception and influence.
- Strategic Campaign/Event Oversight & Digital Videography: Promoting the Servest brand and services by creating, editing, and posting engaging video content on multiple platforms but primarily on Business platforms such as Linkedin.
- Graphic Design Oversight: Provide creative direction and oversight for the graphic design team, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Team Leadership : Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Copyright Development and Compliance: Develop and implement internal policies and procedures with the Legal department to ensure adherence to copyright laws and ethical use of intellectual property.
