Key Responsibilities:
- Call Management: Handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- SLA Reporting: Monitor and report on service level agreements to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Productive Time: Manage your time effectively to meet productivity targets and achieve business objectives.
- Call Escalations: Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management for resolution.
- Call Updating and Quality Assurance: Update customer records, ensure accurate information, and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call coordination or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge: Microsoft Office and basic IT knowledge.
Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation V4: Certification in IT service management.
- Soft Skills Certificates: Demonstrated skills in communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
- Administrative Certification: Relevant certification in administration or customer service.
Work Environment:
- Location: Sandton.
- Work Environment: Office-bound (onsite).
- Physical Demands: Bending, sitting, lifting, and driving.
