  • Call Updating and Quality Assurance: Update customer records, ensure accurate information, and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a call coordination or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Office and basic IT knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation V4: Certification in IT service management.
  • Soft Skills Certificates: Demonstrated skills in communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
  • Administrative Certification: Relevant certification in administration or customer service.
