Financial Administrator

Level-Up is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to oversee financial operations, payroll, insurance, and compliance tasks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions and supporting operational processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Operations:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including creating and maintaining accurate customer and supplier accounts.
- Process and reconcile invoices in a timely manner.
Payroll Administration:
- Process clock reports and prepare wages accurately and on schedule.
Insurance & Claims Management:
- Handle insurance claims and ensure all required documentation is submitted.
- Process IOD (Injury on Duty) claims in compliance with company and legal policies.
Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of company vehicle licenses and ensure timely renewals and payments.
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable or a similar financial role.
- Familiarity with industry-specific financial systems is a plus.
- Clear criminal record and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
