Level-Up is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to oversee financial operations, payroll, insurance, and compliance tasks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions and supporting operational processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including creating and maintaining accurate customer and supplier accounts.
  • Process and reconcile invoices in a timely manner.

Payroll Administration:

  • Process clock reports and prepare wages accurately and on schedule.

Insurance & Claims Management:

  • Handle insurance claims and ensure all required documentation is submitted.
  • Process IOD (Injury on Duty) claims in compliance with company and legal policies.

Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records of company vehicle licenses and ensure timely renewals and payments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable or a similar financial role.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific financial systems is a plus.
  • Clear criminal record and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
