We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Trafalgar Property and Financial Services.
Main Responsibilities- Validate invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Ensure accurate payment batch balancing.
- Process various types of approved invoices for payment.
- Set up creditor codes and load relevant details.
- Request validation reports from Standard Bank.
- Initiate the process to load banking details.
- Transfer funds between Investec accounts as necessary.
- Manage new account openings.
- Balance reserve funds and perform transfers.
- Transfer monthly surplus to investment accounts.
- Tertiary qualification graduate preferably in a field like commerce, law, finance, or property studies.
- A minimum of five years' experience in accounts payable administration.
- Personal transport is a requirement.
- Background in accounting or financial services is preferred.
