About the Role:

The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for creditors payments, loading new trust creditors, and funds transfers/investments.

Creditors Payments Key Responsibilities
  1. Validating invoices to ensure timely payments.
  2. Ensuring accurate payment batch balancing.
  3. Processing all approved invoices for different types of payments.
Loading New Trust Creditors Procedure
  1. Creating creditor codes and loading relevant information.
  2. Obtaining validation reports from Standard Bank.
  3. Initiating the process to load banking details.
Funds Transfers and Investment Management
  1. Transferring funds between Investec accounts as necessary.
  2. Managing new account openings.
  3. Reserve fund balancing and transfers.
  4. Monthly surplus transfer to investment accounts.
Requirements
  1. Tertiary qualification graduate preferably in a field like commerce, law, finance, or property studies.
  1. A minimum of five years' experience in accounts payable administration.
  2. Personal transport is a must.
  3. Background in accounting or financial services is preferred.
