Job Summary

As the Sales Fulfilment Lead at CallForce, you will oversee the day-to-day Sales Fulfilment Operations, managing and scheduling the SFF team in JHB and KZN to improve the sales to activation ratio. You will work closely with stakeholders to enhance delivery times and overall activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to manage the team and ensure orders are captured correctly, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Provide coaching and training to employees to optimize their performance.
  • Manage team schedules and workflow assignments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify and address the root causes of sales not being activated.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including warehouse, courier, and logistics teams.
  • Drive continuous process optimization to improve sales to activation ratio above 80%.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Operations team on obstacles and issues around rejected sales.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • 1 – 3 years of previous sales experience or relevant experience in this specific role
  • Excellent Excel skills
