Job Summary
This Key Sales Operations role is responsible for overseeing daily Sales Fulfilment Operations. Manage the SFF team in JHB and KZN, improving sales-to-activation ratios through efficient scheduling and stakeholder relationships.
A quick thinker who takes a hands-on approach to problem-solving, this individual will identify cost-effective methods while adhering to our strategic anchors and values.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to manage the team.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and training to employees to ensure accurate and efficient order capture.
- Manage team schedules and workflow assignments effectively.
- Monitor and address various reasons for unactivated sales.
- Nurture key stakeholder relationships, including warehouse, courier, logistics teams, and SFF.
- Maintain alignment within the team to increase sales-to-activation ratios above 80%.
- Ongoing process optimization.
- Regularly report obstacles and issues around rejected sales to bridge the gap.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 2+ years' customer service experience
- 1-3 years' previous sales experience or relevant experience in this specific role
- Excellent Excel skills
Estimated Salary Range: R12,000 - R15,000 per month
