Job Title: Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support from our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Contract Administration: Review and manage customer contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior management if necessary.
Requirements:
  • Education: Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) and a Diploma or Degree in IT Management or Business.
  • Experience: 5+ years of industry-relevant experience, with a proven track record of successful Sales and Account Management Experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Productivity applications, experience working with customers and external audiences.
